Сведения об автоматике и телемеханике железных дорог


Железнодорожный транспорт России оснащен совершенными устройст­вами и системами для автоматического и телемеханического управле-ления различными производственными процессами во всех службах и хозяйствах железных дорог: электронно-вычислительными машина­ми, системами телеуправления тяговыми подстанциями электрифици­рованных железных дорог, пунктами водоснабжения и другими уст­ройствами, комплексом устройств для автоматизации процессов об­служивания пассажиров на вокзалах, автоматикой в локомотивном и вагонном хозяйствах и др.
Устройства и системы автоматики и телемеханики, применяемые в разных отраслях железнодорожного хозяйства, описаны в соответ­ствующих главах учебника.

Назначение и классификация сигналов


Сигнализация на железных дорогах служит для обеспечения безопас­ности движения, а также для четкой организации движения поездов и маневровой работы.
Сигналом называется условный видимый или звуковой знак, с помощью которого подается определенный приказ. Сигнал является приказом. Работники железнодорожного транспорта должны исполь­зовать все возможные средства для выполнения требования сигнала. На железнодорожном транспорте под словом сигнал обычно понимают и сигнальный прибор, и его сигнальное показание.
Применяемые на транспорте сигналы (рис. 162) по способу их вос­приятия классифицируют на видимые и звуковые.
Видимые сигналы выражаются цветом, формой, положением и числом сигнальных показаний. Достоинством видимых сигналов яв­ляется то, что они могут быть переданы на расстояния, большие, чем обычно подаются звуковые сигналы.

Устройство железнодорожных светофоров


Основным сигнальным прибором на железнодорожном транспорте яв­ляется светофор — оптический прибор, сигнализирующий днем и ночью цветом одного или нескольких огней.
Светофоры подразделяют на линзовые и прожекторные. Линзовые светофоры бывают мачтовые (рис 163, а), состоящие из металли­ческой или железобетонной мачты и укрепленной на ней головки с линзовыми комплектами, консольные или мостиковые (рис. 163, б), у которых головки подвешены над путями на консолях (мостиках) с правой стороны по ходу поезда или над осью пути, и карликовые (рис. 163, в), у которых светофорная головка без мачты укреплена не­посредственно на фундаменте с небольшим наклоном по вертикали, благодаря чему обеспечивается видимость сигнала с локомотива на близком расстоянии.

Места установки и сигнальные показания ВХОДНЫХ и ВЫХОДНЫХ светофоров


Светофоры устанавливают у железнодорожных путей с правой стороны по направлению движения поездов или над осью ограждае­мого пути с учетом габарита приближения строений С. Причем размещают светофоры так, чтобы их показания нельзя было принять за сигналы, относящиеся к смежным путям.
Входные светофоры устанавливают от первого входного стрелочно го перевода на расстоянии не ближе 50 м, считая от осгряка противо-шерстного или предельного столбика пошерстного стрелочного пере­вода. На электрифицированных участках входные светофоры устанав­ливаются перед воздушными промежутками (со стороны перегона), отделяющими контактную сеть перегонов от контактной сети станций, т. е. так, что поезд, остановившийся у закрытого входного светофора, получает питание от контактного провода перегона и, следовательно, его трогание с места и дальнейшее движение будут обеспечены. Для обеспечения безопасности движения поездов красные, желтые и зеле ные огни светофоров входных, проходных,  заградительных и при­крытия на прямых участках пути днем и ночью должны быть отчет­ливо различимы из кабины управления локомотива приближающе гося поезда на расстоянии не менее 1000 м.

Общие сведения о переносных, ручных, маневровых, поездных и звуковых сигналах


К переносным сигналам относятся щиты прямоугольной формы, окра­шенные с обеих сторон в красный цвет или с одной стороны в красный, а с другой — в белый цвет; щиты квадратной формы, окращенные с одной стороны в желтый, а с другой — в зеленый цвет; фонари на шестах с красным, желтым или зеленым огнем; красные или желтые флаги на шестах. Применяются также переносные сигнальные знаки «Начало опасного места», «Конец опасного места» и «С» — подача свистка. Переносными сигналами ограждают препятствия на пути следования поездов, места работ на перегонах и станциях, в необхо­димых случаях подвижной состав на станционных путях, а также по­езда, вынужденно остановившиеся на перегонах.

Устройства СЦБ на перегонах


Главным назначением устройств СЦБ является регулирование дви­жения поездов на перегонах, обеспечение безопасности движения и необходимой пропускной способности.
На первых железных дорогах движение поездов осуществляли по такому принципу — один поезд от другого, следующего в том же на­правлении, отделяли промежутком времени. Между станциями не было средств связи для передачи сообщений об отправлении и прибытии поездов. При таком способе задержка поезда в пути создавала опас­ность наезда на него следующего поезда. В дальнейшем, в связи с ростом размеров движения, был принят принцип нахождения на пе­регоне единственного поезда. Это потребовало применения связи меж­ду станциями, ограничивающими данный перегон, для передачи све­дений об отправлении и прибытии поездов, а в необходимых случаях и для согласования очередности пропуска поездов по перегону.

Полуавтоматическая блокировка


При полуавтоматической блокировке разрешением на занятие поез­дом перегона служит разрешающее показание выходного или проход­ного светофора. Полуавтоматической она называется потому, что часть действий по изменению показаний сигналов производится автомати­чески (от воздействия поездов), а часть — работниками, занятыми приемом, отправлением и пропуском поездов.

Автоматическая блокировка


При автоматической блокировке перегоны делятся на блок-участки автоматически действующими проходными светофорами. Длина блок-участков равна расстоянию между смежными светофорами. При автоблокировке с трехзначной сигнализацией она должна быть не менее тормозного пути при полном служебном торможении и макси­мально реализуемой скорости, кроме того, должна быть не менее тор­мозного пути при экстренном торможении с учетом пути, проходи­мого за время срабатывания автостопа, и составлять от 1000 до 3000 м.

Автоматическая локомотивная сигнализация и автостопы


На участках, оборудованных автоблокировкой, безопасность движения зависит от точного и своевременного выполнения машинистами поездов сигналов, подаваемых проходными светофорами. Однако при плохой видимости из-за тумана, снегопада, дождя и в других трудных ус­ловиях машинист не всегда может своевременно различить показание светофора и может проехать запрещающий сигнал. Чтобы исключить такие случаи и облегчить машинисту ведение поезда, все участки, оборудованные автоблокировкой, согласно ПТЭ дополняются устрой­ствами автоматической локомотивной сигнализации (АЛС). Она пре­дназначена для передачи показаний путевого светофора, к которому следует поезд, на локомотивный светофор, установленный в кабине машиниста. Это обеспечивает машинисту, особенно при плохих ус­ловиях видимости, возможность уверенно и безопасно вести поезд с высокой скоростью.

Автоматическая локомотивная сигнализация непрерывного типа с автостопом


Автоматическая локомотивная сигнализация непрерывного типа с автостопом (рис. 170) служит для постоянной передачи на локомотив показания путевого светофора, к которому приближается поезд. По­казания светофора передаются на локомотив посредством рельсовых цепей. Навстречу движущемуся поезду от стоящего впереди светофо­ра в рельсовую цепь подается переменный кодовый ток. Он наводит в приемных катушках ПК локомотива кодовые импульсы тоже пере­менного тока (примерно 0,2 В). Эти импульсы через фильтр Ф поступают в усилитель У, где преобразуются в импульсы постоянного тока и усиливаются. В дешифраторе ДШ коды расшифровываются, и в зависимости от их значения включается соответствующий огонь локо­мотивного светофора ЛС.

Автоматическая локомотивная сигнализация точечного типа с ав­тостопом


Автоматическая локомотивная сигнализация точечного типа с ав­тостопом (рис. 171) применяется на участках с полуавтоматической блокировкой на подходах к станциям. Ее работа основана на взаимо­действии локомотивного и путевых индукторов. В двух точках пути перед входным сигналом установлено по два путевых индуктора. Пер­вые со стороны перегона индукторы имеют постоянную настройку. Они воздействуют на автостоп локомотива при любом показании вход­ного сигнала и независимо от вторых индукторов. Настройка контуров вторых индукторов обеих точек изменяется автоматически в зависи­мости от показаний входного сигнала. Путевые индукторы источников тока не имеют, локомотивный индуктор получает питание от лампового генератора.

Устройства диспетчерского контроля за движением поездов


На линиях, оборудованных автоблокировкой, применяют устройства диспетчерского контроля, дающие поездным диспетчерам непрерыв­ную информацию о продвижении поездов и избавляющие их от мно­гих переговоров с дежурными по станциям. Для этого на перегонах и станциях устанавливают аппаратуру, включенную в специальный провод.

Автоматическая переездная сигнализация с автошлагбаумами


Пересечения железных дорог в одном уровне с автогужевыми доро­гами, а также с линиями городского автобусного, трамвайного и трол­лейбусного транспорта оборудуют переездными ограждающими уст­ройствами. К ним относятся автоматическая светофорная переездная сигнализация, механические и электрические шлагбаумы с централи­зованным местным или удаленным управлением.
