Устройства СЦБ на станциях служат для управления стрел­ками и сигналами и обеспечения таких взаимных зависимостей, ко­торые исключают открытие сигнала при неправильно установленных или незапертых стрелках, а при открытом сигнале не допускают пере­вод тех стрелок, по которым пропускают поезд.
Движение поездов и маневровые передвижения в пределах стан­ций совершаются по определенным маршрутам, в состав которых вхо­дят пути и стрелки, установленные в соответствующее положение. Те маршруты, по которым нельзя одновременно пропускать поезда, на­зываются враждебными.

Ключ можно извлечь только из замкнутого замка, причем стрелка замыкается при условии плотного прилегания остряка к рамному рельсу. Электрическая централизация стрелок и сигналов


Основным современным средством управления стрелками и сигналами на станциях является электрическая централизация. Раньше приме­нялась механическая централизация МЦ, при которой стрелками и сигналами управляют посредством тяг с поста централизации. При этом ее обслуживание требует значительных физических усилий one* ратора поста централизации, на приготовление маршрута затрачи­вается до 3 мин и более, дальность управления сигналами ограничена расстоянием до 1500 м, а стрелками — до 800 м. Поэтому для управ­ления удаленными стрелками и сигналами на некоторых станциях устраивали несколько постов централизации. Для подчинения действий этих постов дежурному по станции дополнительно устанавливали оборудование станционной блокировки.

Диспетчерская централизация


Диспетчерская централизация представляет сочетание автоблокировки с релейной централизацией стрелок и сигналов станций участка, уп­равляемых из одного пункта поездным диспетчером. Все операции па приему и отправлению поездов со станций участка производит диспет­чер, а регулирование следования поездов по перегонам совершается автоматически по сигналам автоблокировки. Диспетчерская центра­лизация (ДЦ) позволяет повысить пропускную способность, участ­ковую скорость и безопасность движения поездов, а также сократить штат на 50—60 чел. на каждые 100 км. Благодаря этому ДЦ получила широкое применение.
На диспетчерском пункте (в отделении дороги) установлена уп­равляющая аппаратура, соединенная с промежуточными станциями участка двухпроводной линейной цепью (рис. 179). Аппараты управ­ления бывают двух типов: пульт-табло, на котором дано желобковое табло, схемы участка со световой индикацией и установлено кнопочное управление; отдельное выносное табло и кнопочный манипулятор, с помощью которого диспетчер, не вставая с места, может набирать маршруты для всех станций участка. Для автоматической записи проследования поездов используется печатающий поездограф, име­ются секции связи.

Горочная автоматическая централизация


На крупных станциях поезда расформировывают и формируют на сортировочных горках. Состав надвигают на горку, откуда отдельные вагоны или группы вагонов (отцепы) скатываются на подгорочные пути. Управление централизованными стрелками, сигналами и замед­лителями для торможения вагонов ведут с одного горочного поста (рис. 180).
Для расформирования составов и повышения перерабатывающей способности сортировочные горки оснащены комплексом автомати­ческих устройств, в состав которых входит горочная автоматическая централизация (ГАЦ), обеспечивающая автоматический перевод стре­лок для каждого отцепа, скатывающегося с горки по заданному марш­руту на подгорочный путь. Устройства ГАЦ состоят из стрелочных электроприводов, электрических рельсовых цепей и магнитных педалей для регистрации прохождения отцепами определенных точек пути, горочного пульта управления с маршрутным накопителем-передатчиком и различного кон­трольного и вспомогательного оборудования.

Связь на железнодорожном транспорте. Проводная связь


Для руководства движением поездов и работой линейных подразде­лений железные дороги оборудованы различными видами связи: те­лефонной, телеграфной и радиосвязью. Телефонная связь осуществля­ется только по двум проводам, а телеграфная — по однопроводным це­пям с использованием земли в качестве обратного провода. К беспро­водной связи относится радио- и радиорелейная связь, при которой телефонирование и телеграфирование осуществляется с помощью радио­волн. На всех участках должна быть поездная диспетчерская, поездная межстанционная, постанционная, линейно-путевая, стрелочная связь и поездная радиосвязь. Кроме того, на дорогах должны быть магистраль­ная, дорожная, дорожная распорядительная, пассажирская, информа­ционная, для передачи данных в вычислительный центр, местная и дру­гие виды связи для руководства движением поездов, продажей билетов и работой линейных подразделений. На участках с интенсивным движе­нием поездов, оборудованных автоблокировкой, и на всех электри­фицированных участках должна быть энергодиспетчерская связь.

Радиосвязь


Преимуществом радиосвязи по сравнению с проводной является то, что она дает возможность вести переговоры с работниками, находящимися  в движении   (машинистами  локомотивов,   составителями списчиками вагонов, осмотрщиками, работниками бригад по ремонту пути, контактной сети, устройств СЦБ, строительных подразделений, связи работников, обслуживающих пассажирские поезда и др.). Основной радиосвязью является поездная и станционная.
Поездная радиосвязь предназначена для обеспечения непре­рывной двусторонней связи между поездным диспетчером и маши­нистами локомотивов, находящихся в пределах диспетчерского уча­стка; между машинистом локомотива, находящегося на перегоне, и де­журным по ближайшей станции, а также для связи машинистов встреч­ных поездов между собой на расстоянии не менее 3 км. Поездную ра­диосвязь устраивают в виде сочетания радио- и проводной связи (рис. 182).

Линии СЦБ и связи


Существует два вида проводных линий СЦБ и связи — воздушные и кабельные.
Проводные воздушные линии связи включают в себя телефон­ные и телеграфные провода, а на участках, не оборудованных авто­блокировкой, — и провода СЦБ. На участках с автоблокировкой проводные линии СЦБ устраивают отдельно от линий связи.
На опорах линий СЦБ подвешивают провода цепей переменного тока напряжением 6 или 10 кВ для питания устройств СЦБ и линей­ных потребителей (малые станции, линейно-путевые здания, электри­ческие инструменты путейцев и т. д.), а также провода низковольт­ной цепи, которая используется в устройствах автоматики.

Обслуживание устройств сцб и связи


Хозяйство СЦБ и связи всей сети железных дорог возглавляет Главное управление сигнализации и связи МПС, на дорогах — служ­бы сигнализации и связи, в отделениях дорог — отделы сигнализации и связи. Основными производственными единицами являются дистан­ции сигнализации и связи, которые подразделяют на участки, а по­следние — на околотки. В составе дистанций имеется контрольный испытательный пункт.
Производственно-технический штат дистанции обеспечивает со­держание устройств СЦБ и связи в исправном состоянии, для чего эти устройства периодически проверяют, регулируют и ремонтируют.

Назначение и классификация раздельных пунктов


Для пропуска заданного количества поездов по участку и обеспечения безопасности движения железнодорожные линии делятся на пере­гоны, т. е. на участки пути, отделяемые друг от друга раздельными пунктами.
Раздельными пунктами являются станции, разъезды, обгонные пункты и путевые посты, а при автоматической блокировке — и про­ходные светофоры.
Разъездами называются раздельные пункты на однопутных линиях, имеющие путевое развитие, предназначенное для скрещения и обгона поездов.
Обгонные пункты — это раздельные пункты на двухпут­ных линиях, имеющие путевое развитие, допускающее обгон поездов и в необходимых случаях перевод поезда о одного главного пути на другой.
Станциями называются раздельные пункты, имеющие пу­тевое развитие, позволяющее производить операции по приему, от­правлению, скрещению и обгону поездов, операции по приему, выдаче грузов и обслуживанию пассажиров, а при развитых путевых устрой­ствах — маневровую работу по расформированию и формированию поездов и технические операции с поездами.

План и профиль станционных путей


Участок железнодорожной линии, выделенный для устройства и раз­вития раздельного пункта, называется станционной площадкой. Для улучшения видимости сигналов и условий выполнения маневров на станциях, а также уменьшения сопротивления движению при трогании поездов с места станционные пути на раздельных пунктах долж­ны располагаться в плане на прямых участках. В трудных условиях допускается размещение станций, разъездов и обгонных пунктов на кривых радиусом не менее 1200 м, а на линиях со скоростями движения пассажирских поездов более 120 км/ч и грузовых до 80 км/ч — не менее 1500 м. В особо трудных топографических условиях допускается уменьшение радиуса кривых до 600 м, а в горных условиях — до 500 м.

Маневровая работа на станциях


Независимо от назначения каждая станция, кроме приема, отправ­ления и пропуска поездов, выполняет в том или ином объеме манев­ровую работу. Она заключается в передвижении вагонов или локомо­тивов по станционным путям при расформировании и формировании поездов, отцепке или прицепке вагонов, расстановке или уборке их с фронтов погрузки и выгрузки.
Важнейшим требованием к производству маневровой работы на станциях являетсг обеспечение безопасности движения и сохранности подвижного состасг.. Маневровые передвижения подвижного со­става с одного пути на другой с переменой направления движения на­зываются маневровыми рейсами. Каждый из них состоит из двух полу­рейсов, т. е. из двух передвижений в одном и другом направлении.

Технологический процесс работы станции и техническо-распорядительный акт


Технологический процесс работы станции предусматривает операции по обработке составов и вагонов, расформированию, формированию, маневровой и местной работе в минимальные сроки на основе научной организации и применения передовых методов труда при полном ис­пользовании технических средств станции.
При разработке технологического процесса стремятся обеспе­чить поточность, непрерывность и параллельность (одновременность) выполнения различных операций, уменьшение затраты времени на каждую из них и слаженность в работе штата.
Продолжительность отдельных операций обработки поездов и ва­гонов на станциях и подъездных путях предприятий, необходимую для планирования работы и рационального использования техниче­ского оснащения (маневровых локомотивов, станционных путей и др.), определяют хронометражными наблюдениями.

Устройство и работа раздельных пунктов. Путевые посты, разъезды и обгонные пункты


Путевые посты устраивают при полуавтоматической блоки­ровке для увеличения пропускной способности перегонов. Путевые посты имеют проходные сигналы, техническое здание и средства сиг­нализации, централизации, блокировки (СЦБ) и связи.
Разъезды имеют главный и один-два приемо-отправочных пути, средства СЦБ и связи, служебно-технические и жилые здания. Скрещение заключается в предварительном приеме поезда на один из приемо-отправочных путей с остановкой. Поезд противоположного направления пропускают через разъезд по главному пути без останов­ки, после чего отправляют ранее прибывший поезд. Обгон поездов на разъезде состоит в приеме с остановкой первого поезда на приемо-отправочный путь и пропуске второго поезда того же направления по главному или свободному приемо-отправочному пути.

Промежуточные станции


Промежуточными станциями называются раз­дельные пункты имеющие путевое развитие для обгона, скрещения и пропуска поездов, а также погрузки и выгрузки грузов. Таким об­разом, эти станции отличаются от разъездов и обгонных пунктов на­личием устройств для грузовых операций.
Промежуточные станции размещают на линии с таким расчетом» чтобы обеспечить пропускную способность участка и удовлетворить потребности населения в перевозках. Для лучшего использования подвижного состава, автотранспорта и погрузочно-разгрузочных ме­ханизмов грузовую работу концентрируют на небольшом числе стан­ций, связанных автомобильными дорогами с предприятиями, кол­хозами и совхозами.
На промежуточных станциях осуществляется продажа билетов, посадка, высадка и обслуживание пассажиров, а также оформление перевозочных документов на прибывающие и отправляемые грузы. Отдельные промежуточные станции формируют отправительские мар­шруты, обслуживают подъездные пути предприятий, а иногда являются пунктами оборота пригородных пассажирских поездов.

Участковые станции


Для обеспечения технического обслуживания подвижного состава, смены бригад и локомотивов, переработки сборных и участковых поездов железнодорожные линии делятся на участки, на границах которых размещаются участковые станции.
На участковых станциях осуществляют следующие основные опе­рации: прием, пропуск и отправление пассажирских и грузовых по­ездов, обслуживание пассажиров, грузовые операции, расформиро­вание и формирование сборных и участковых поездов, экипировка и ремонт локомотивов, техническое обслуживание и ремонт вагонов.
Для выполнения перечисленных операций участковые станции имеют устройства для пассажирского и грузового движения, грузовых операций, локомотивное и вагонное хозяйства.
Удлинение участков обращения локомотивов в связи с введением электрической и тепловозной тяги сделало возможным упразднить на многих участковых станциях устройства локомотивного хозяйства, предназначенные для ремонта, экипировки и смены локомотивов.

Схема участковой станции продольного типа (рис. 194) характерна последовательным расположением при-емо-отправочных парков для нечетного и четного направлений дви­жения поездов. Эти парки примыкают непосредственно к главным путям соответствующего направления движения, в связи с чем прием (или отправление) грузовых поездов всегда будет попутным, не вы­зывающим пересечения главного пути. В приведенной схеме приемо-отправочный парк для транзитных четных поездов П-О II непосред­ственно связан с приемо-отправочным парком нечетного направления П О I и с сортировочным парком С. Сортировочный парк обычно устра­ивают общим для обоих направлений движения, в связи с чем грузовые поезда четного направления, имеющие переработку на станции, при­нимаются на специально выделенные пути в приемо-отправочном нечетном парке.
Технология обработки поездов на этой станции такая же, как и на станции поперечного типа. Принцип размещения основных элементов в схеме продольного и поперечного типа одинаков. Несколько отлична конструкция центральной горловины, связывающей оба приемо-отправочных парка с локомотивным хозяйством, сортировочным пар­ком и вытяжным путем. Эта горловина должна обеспечивать одновре­менное отправление четных и нечетных грузовых поездов, смену локо­мотивов в обоих парках и маневровую работу на вытяжном пути. При значительных размерах грузового и пассажирского движения для уменьшения числа пересечений маршрутов иногда укладывают до­полнительный главный путь I а в обход локомотивного хозяйства.

Сортировочные станции


Сортировочными являются станции, служащие для массового расфор­мирования и формирования грузовых поездов. Здесь перерабатывают транзитные и местные вагонопотоки со сходящихся направлений и формируют поезда, идущие на большие расстояния без переработки на попутных станциях. Кроме того, на сортировочных станциях фор­мируют участковые, сборные н передаточные поезда, следующие на грузовые станции.
