Горочная автоматическая централизация

На крупных станциях поезда расформировывают и формируют на сортировочных горках. Состав надвигают на горку, откуда отдельные вагоны или группы вагонов (отцепы) скатываются на подгорочные пути. Управление централизованными стрелками, сигналами и замед­лителями для торможения вагонов ведут с одного горочного поста (рис. 180).
Для расформирования составов и повышения перерабатывающей способности сортировочные горки оснащены комплексом автомати­ческих устройств, в состав которых входит горочная автоматическая централизация (ГАЦ), обеспечивающая автоматический перевод стре­лок для каждого отцепа, скатывающегося с горки по заданному марш­руту на подгорочный путь. Устройства ГАЦ состоят из стрелочных электроприводов, электрических рельсовых цепей и магнитных педалей для регистрации прохождения отцепами определенных точек пути, горочного пульта управления с маршрутным накопителем-передатчиком и различного кон­трольного и вспомогательного оборудования.

Применяемая в настоящее время блочная система ГАЦ может работать в следующих режимах:
программном автоматичес­ком, при котором до роспуска состава с горки с помощью на­копителя производится предва­рительный набор маршрутов на все отцепы состава поезда. Кор­ректировка или добор маршру­тов возможны в процессе рос­пуска состава. Маршруты на­бирает оператор нажатием соот­ветствующих кнопок на гороч­ном пульте или они считывают-ся с заранее подготовленной перфокарты. Эти приказы вос­принимает наборная группа блоков и накопитель, откуда
они через общий повторитель передаются в стрелочные блоки для ис­полнения. Стрелки, входящие в данный маршрут, переводятся после­довательно по мере воздействия скатывающихся отцепов на рельсовые цепи, педали и другую аппаратуру;
маршрутном, при котором оператор задает маршруты с по­мощью передатчика. Маршруты задают для каждого очередного отцепа непосредственно перед его скатыванием с горки нажатием кнопки, соответствующей номеру подгорочного пути. Выполняется маршрут автоматически от воздействия вагона. В случае неисправ­ности ГАЦ каждую стрелку по пути следования отцепа оператор горки устанавливает в нужное положение индивидуально путем поворота рукоятки стрелочного коммутатора.
ГАЦ на крупных станциях является одним из элементов комплекса устройств, используемых для автоматизации сортировочных процессов на горках. К ним относятся системы для торможения скатывающихся с горки вагонов, для автоматического регулирования скорости ска­тывания отцепов, для телеуправления горочными локомотивами и др. Работа этих устройств описана в главе 25. Ведутся большие разработки по совершенствованию оборудования этих устройств и по передаче функций ГАЦ, АРС и других типовым вычислительным машинам.
