Эксплуатация устройств электроснабжения

Тяговые подстанции, контактная сеть, мастерские, ремонтно-ревизи-онный цех, складское хозяйство и др. находятся в ведении участков энергоснабжения, которые обслуживают 150—250 км ли­ний при постоянном токе или 200—300 км — при переменном токе.
Тяговые подстанции в зависимости от способов управления под­разделяют на подстанции с ручным управлением и подстанции с авто­матическим централизованным телеуправлением. Управление и кон­троль за работой оборудования тяговых подстанций с ручным управле­нием осуществляет эксплуатационный персонал, находящийся на под­станциях. При автоматическом централизованном телеуправлении всем комплексом важнейший объектов электроснабжения управляет одно лицо — энергодиспетчер. Применение новых электронных систем телеуправления устройствами электроснабжения позволяет вдвое сократить численность обслуживающего персонала тяговых подстан­ций и увеличить пропускную способность линий. На телеуправление тяговыми подстанциями переведено около 30 тыс. км электрифициро­ванных линий.
Контактную сеть в пределах участков энергоснабжения делят на дистанции протяжением 30—50 км эксплуатационной длины. Дистан­ция контактной сети имеет здание дежурного пункта, склады, площадки монтажных приспособлений, автолетучки и гараж восстано­вительной автодрезины с железнодорожным подъездным путем. Дежур­ные пункты оборудованы селекторной и другой связью. Штат дистан­ции зависит от размеров движения, длины путей, климатических и других условий и составляет 15—30 чел. Работники дистанции про­веряют состояние контактной сети, проводят предупредительные меры, восстанавливают и ремонтируют сеть. Примерно 80% работ по сети вы­полняется без снятия напряжения и перерыва движения поездов. По­этому при обслуживании и ремонте сети особое внимание уделяют соблюдению правил техники безопасности.
Участковые мастерские изготовляют запасные части и детали кон­тактной сети и тяговых подстанций, испытывают и ремонтируют вы­прямители, аппаратуру защиты, автоматики, телемеханики и др.
Бесперебойным питанием электроэнергией контактной сети и по­требителей руководит энергодиспетчерская группа (4—5 чел.). В под­чинении дежурного энергодиспетчера находятся работники тяговых подстанций, дистанций контактной сети, а также персонал, обслужи­вающий линии электропередачи, подвешенные на опорах контактной сети.
В зимнее время для обеспечения надежного токосъема принимают­ся меры для борьбы со льдом, образующимся на контактных проводах, для чего нагревают контактную сеть подачей больших токов или очи­щают провода вибротокоприемниками, скребками на изолированных вышках и др.
