		<td><div class="news"> <div id='news-id-747'><div>Железнодорожный транспорт является крупным потребителем мате­риальных ресурсов, особенно топлива, металла, леса, строительных материалов, запасных частей и оборудования.<br />На железнодорожном транспорте имеются следующие органы ма­териально-технического снабжения:<br />Главное управление материально-технического обеспечения (ЦХ) МПС, которое осуществляет планирование материальной потребности и планов снабжения хозяйств, организаций и железных дорог, ор­ганизует снабжение всех хозяйственных подразделений материалами, оборудованием, запасными частями и изделиями, нормирует расход материальных ресурсов и др.;<br />территориальные управления ГУМТО, обеспечивающие реализа­цию материальных фондов от поставщиков в районе своей деятельности, организацию комплектного и ритмичного снабжения предприятий, согласование с поставщиками характеристик и очередности поставок материалов и др. Территориальные управления, имеющие материаль­ные склады, производят приемку, складирование, накопление и хра­нение оперативных запасов материальных ценностей;</div>
<div>базы ГУМТО, которые заклю­чают с поставщиками договоры на поставку продукции и осуще­ствляют через склады реализацию материальных фондов;<br />в управлениях дорог и мет­рополитенов службы материаль­но-технического обеспечения со­ставляют заявки на материалы, оборудование и др. и организуют снабжение всех предприятий дорог и метрополитенов и работу склад­ского хозяйства;<br />в отделениях дорог соответст­вующие отделы материально-тех­нического обеспечения совместно с линейными предприятиями оп­ределяют потребность в материа­лах и представляют заявки на них в службы дорог и другие планирующие организации, через свои склады обеспечивают беспе­ребойное и ритмичное снабжение предприятий материалами, запас­ными частями и изделиями и контролируют расход материальных ресурсов;<br />главные материальные склады дорог, метрополитенов и материаль­ные склады отделений дорог обеспечивают складскую реализацию материальных фондов, осуществляют приемку, накопление и хра­нение неснижаемых материальных запасов, выдачу и Доставку ма­териальных ценностей предприятиям.<br />В МПС, кроме ГУМТО, некоторыми вопросами материально-тех­нического обеспечения ведают отраслевые главные управления. На­пример, в Главном управлении локомотивного хозяйства есть Топливно-теплотехническое управление, в задачи которого входит снабжение дорог топливом и смазочными материалами. Главное управление по ремонту подвижного состава и производству запасных частей имеет свое управление материально-техническогб снабжения и соответ­ствующие базы. Базы снабжения имеет также и Главное управление сигнализации и связи. Эти базы применительно к своим отраслям выполняют такие же функции, как и базы ГУМТО.</div>

<div>Служба материально-технического обеспечения (рис. 208) зани­мается снабжением дороги всеми материалами, некоторыми видами оборудования и запасными частями. Все комплектующее оборудование планируется и реализуется на дорогах отраслевыми службами, а в министерстве&mdash;соответствующими главными управлениями.
