Основные показатели эксплуатационной работы

Контроль за ходом выполнения планов перевозок и анализ исполь­зования технических средств, а также планирование, учет и оценка работы невозможны без системы показателей, определяющих объем и качество эксплуатационной работы. Эти показатели делятся на коли­чественные и качественные.
Количественные показатели характеризуют объем перевозочной работы. К ним относятся:
грузооборот, пассажирооборот, количество перевезенных пасса­жиров;
количество вагонов или тонн грузов, погруженных за сутки;
работа вагонного парка, определяемая для всей сети количеством вагонов, погруженных за сутки, а для дорог и отделений — суммой вагонов своей погрузки и принятых груженых вагонов от других до­рог и отделений.
Так как эти вагоны могут быть или выгружены, или сданы груже­ными, работа может быть определена как сумма выгруженных и сдан­ных груженых вагонов.
Основными качественными показателями работы железных дорог и их подразделений являются:
выполнение плана перевозок, графика движения и плана форми­рования поездов;
техническая, участковая и маршрутная скорости движения поез­дов;
степень использования подвижного состава, характеризующаяся:
а) оборотом, бюджетом времени, среднесуточным пробегом и про­изводительностью локомотивов;
б)    оборотом и среднесуточным пробегом вагонов;
в)    статической, динамической нагрузкой и производительностью грузовых вагонов.
Рассмотрим перечисленные выше показатели использования по­движного состава.
Оборот локомотива определяется продолжительностью обслужи­вания им одной пары поездов на участке обращения, т. е. временем с момента выдачи локомотива под поезд до момента выдачи его под сле­дующий поезд.
Комплексным показателем использования локомотива является суточная производительность (в ткм брутто/локомотивы).
Универсальным показателем качества работы железных дорог и использования подвижного соста­ва, отражающим уровень органи­зации труда всех работников же­лезных дорог и подъездных путей предприятий, является оборот ва­гона, т. е. время от одной погруз­ки до следующей погрузки в тот же вагон.
На рис. 229 представлены две схемы оборота вагона. На первой рассмотрен случай, когда выгруз­ка и последующая погрузка про­изводятся на одной и той же стан­ции, т. е. при сдвоенных грузовых операциях. Вторая схема соответ­ствует случаю, когда станции по­грузки и выгрузки не совпадают и имеет место груженый рейс
