Элементы графика движения поездов


Для составления графика должны быть определены его основные эле­менты время хода поездов различных категорий по перегонам; про­должительность стоянки поездов на станциях для выполнения тех­нических, грузовых и пассажирских операций; станционные интер­валы; интервалы между поездами в пакете, время нахождения локомо­тивов на станциях локомотивного депо и в пунктах оборота.

Порядок разработки графика движения поездов


Для составления графика, кроме основных его элементов, рассмот­ренных выше, должны быть известны размеры движения пассажирских и грузовых поездов, нормы их массы и длины и другие данные. В це­лях взаимной увязки графиков движения МПС передает дорогам схемы движения пассажирских поездов и основные данные о пе­редаче грузовых поездов по пунктам перехода с одной дороги на другую.
При составлении графика прежде всего прокладывают линии хода пассажирских поездов, затем ускоренных грузовых, отправительских и ступенчатых маршрутов постоянного обращения и, наконец, всех остальных поездов.
Поезда, предназначенные для выполнения местной работы на участке, в том числе сборные, прокладывают по заранее составленной схеме с таким расчетом, чтобы простой местных вагонов на промежу­точных станциях был наименьшим.

Основные показатели графика движения поездов


График движения характеризуется количественными и качествен­ными показателями. К количественным относятся: число грузовых и пассажирских поездов, нанесенных на график, размеры по­грузки и выгрузки, которые могут быть освоены при данном гра­фике, и др.
К основным качественным показателям графика относятся: техни­ческая, участковая и маршрутная скорости (отдельно для грузовых и пассажирских поездов),   коэффициент скорости, среднесуточный пробег локомотивов, средние простои транзитных поездов и локомоти вов на участковых станциях, средняя масса поезда.

Понятие о пропускной способности железных дорог


Пропускной способностью железнодорожной линии называется наи­большее число поездов или пар поездов установленной массы, ко­торое может быть пропущено в единицу времени (сутки, час) в зависимости от имеющихся постоянных технических средств, типа и мощности подвижного состава и принятых методов организации движения поездов (типа графика). Различают пропускную способ­ность наличную, т. е. ту, которой обладает линия в настоящее время, и потребную, необходимую для заданных размеров движения.
Возможные размеры грузовых перевозок (в млн. т), которые могут быть выполнены на данной линии в течение года, называются про­возной способностью ее. Провозная способность оп­ределяется в зависимости от количества локомотивов, вагонов и дру­гих переменных средств (топливо, электроэнергия) и обеспечен­ности кадрами (локомотивные бригады, дежурные по станции и др.).

Система управления движением поездов


Выполнение плана перевозок пассажиров и грузов требует четкой организации управления движением поездов и необходимого взаимо­действия работников службы движения и других служб.
Система управления движением поездов включает техническое и оперативное планирование эксплуатационной работы, регулирование перевозок и перевозочных средств, оперативное руководство движе­нием поездов и анализ выполненной работы.
Для выполнения плана перевозок с наименьшими затратами не­обходимо обеспечить все подразделения железных дорог потребным количеством вагонов и локомотивов и установить наиболее прогрессив­ные нормы их использования. Этой цели служит техническое нормирование, которое заключается в разработке для дорор и отделений технических нормативов эксплуатационной работы: ко­личественных заданий, качественных показателей, норм рабочего парка вагонов и эксплуатируемого парка локомотивов.
К количественным заданиям относятся: размеры погрузки, вы­грузки, сдачи порожних вагонов из-под выгрузки (регулировочное задание)1; количество поездов и вагонов, передаваемых по стыковым пунктам, и др.; к качественным показателям —оборот и рейс вагона, коэффициент порожнего пробега, производительность локомотивов и вагонов, скорости движения поездов и др.

Основные показатели эксплуатационной работы


Контроль за ходом выполнения планов перевозок и анализ исполь­зования технических средств, а также планирование, учет и оценка работы невозможны без системы показателей, определяющих объем и качество эксплуатационной работы. Эти показатели делятся на коли­чественные и качественные.
Количественные показатели характеризуют объем перевозочной работы. К ним относятся:
грузооборот, пассажирооборот, количество перевезенных пасса­жиров;
количество вагонов или тонн грузов, погруженных за сутки;
работа вагонного парка, определяемая для всей сети количеством вагонов, погруженных за сутки, а для дорог и отделений — суммой вагонов своей погрузки и принятых груженых вагонов от других до­рог и отделений.

В последние годы на железнодорожном транспорте внедряется автоматизация процессов управления эксплуатационной работой с применением математических методов и электронно-вычислительной техники. К числу этих процессов относятся:
Управление перевозками в целом, т. е. планирование и опера­тивное регулирование эксплуатационной работы. Сюда входит раз­работка планов перевозок, схем нормальных направлений грузопо­токов, планов формирования и графиков движения поездов, анализ эксплуатационной работы, сменно-суточное планирование и регули­рование поездной и грузовой работы.

Общие сведения о метрополитенах. Основные определения и понятия


Метрополитен представляет собой внеуличную электрическую железную дорогу, предназначенную обычно для перевозки пассажи­ров. Он является наиболее удобным, безопасным и экономичным ви­дом внутригородского транспорта.
В комплекс сооружений, устройств и оборудования метрополите­нов входят: искусственные сооружения, путь и путевое хозяйство, подвижной состав, станционное хозяйство, устройства сигнализа­ции, централизации, блокировки и связи, устройства электроснаб­жения, эскалаторное хозяйство, еанитарно-технические устройства, восстановительные и противопожарные средства. Для обслуживания подвижного состава имеются заводы, электродепо и другие соору­жения.
Линии метрополитена подразделяются на подземные, наземные и надземные.

Особенности отдельных устройств метрополитенов


Принципы устройства и эксплуатации метрополитенов и железных дорог во многом аналогичны. В метрополитенах такая же ширина ко­леи: на существующих линиях — 1524 мм (на прямых участках пути и на кривых радиусом 200 м и более), а на вновь сооружаемых линиях — 1520 мм (на прямых участках и на кривых радиусом 400 м и более).
На кривых радиусом меньше указанных колея уширяется на ве­личину, зависящую от радиуса кривой. Кроме того, на кривых пре­дусматривается возвышение наружного рельса над внутренним, ко­торое зависит от радиуса кривой и расчетной скорости движения на ней и не должно превышать 120 мм.
Как й на железных дорогах, работа метрополитенов выполняется в строгом соответствии с графиком движения поездов. Здесь также действуют общие для всех метрополитенов Правила технической эк­сплуатации метрополитенов, Инструкция но сигнализации, Инструк­ция по движению поездов и маневровой работе. Точное и неуклонное соблюдение ПТЭ и инструкций обеспечивает четкую и бесперебойную работу и безопасность движения на метрополитенах.
Близка по своему характеру и структура управления метрополите­нами и железными дорогами. Руководство метрополитенами стра­ны осуществляет Главное управление метрополитенами МПС. Для руководства отдельными отраслями хозяйства в метрополитенах имеются службы: движения, подвижного состава, пути, сигнали­зации и связи, электроподстанций и сетей, тоннельных сооружений, сзнитарно-техническая, эскалаторная, материально-технического снаб­жения. В службах метрополитена имеются соответствующие дистан­ции (пути, сигнализации и связи и др.), а также энергоучастки.

Габариты метрополитенов
Безопасное следование поездов на линиях метрополитенов обеспечи­вается соблюдением установленных габаритов подвижного состава, приближения строений и оборудования ( рис. 236).
Габарит подвижного состава, за пределы которого не должна вы­ходить ни одна часть его, имеет ширину 2700 мм и высоту 3700 мм.
Габарит приближения оборудования представляет собой предель­ное, поперечное, перпендикулярное оси пути очертание, внутрь ко­торого не должны размещаться никакие части оборудования, за исклю­чением устройств, непосредственно взаимодействующих с подвижным составом [контактный рельс, скоба путевой части автостопа, путевые программы (устройства) автоматического управления движением по­ездов].

Устройство пути в метрополитенах


На наземных и надземных линиях метрополитена, а также в местах расположения стрелочных переводов (для удобства ремонта) приме­няют пути на балластном основании.
На подземных же линиях пути укладывают на бетонном основа­нии, что позволяет содержать его в чистоте. Путевой бетон повышенной прочности (марки 150) помещают на горизонталь­ную поверхность подстилающего бетонного слоя марки 100. В бетон­ный слой втапливают шпалы с превышением над ним на 1 см. Поверх­ности бетонного слоя придают поперечный уклон величиной 3°/00 в сторону водоотводного лотка, устраиваемого в середине пути между рельсами шириной 0,7—0,9 м и глубиной 0,5—0,6 м от уровня головки рельсов. В метрополитенах применяют сосновые шпалы длиной 2,7 м на перегонах и 0,9 м на станциях. В последнем случае под каждый рельс кладется шпала.
На 1 км главного пути укладывается на прямых участках в тон­нелях 1680 и на наземных участках 1840 шпал, в кривых в тоннелях — 1840 шпал и на поверхности 2000 шпал.
На главных путях применяют рельсы типов Р50 и Р65, на осталь­ных путях — Р43.

Вагоны метрополитенов


Подвижной состав метрополитенов состоит из цельнометалли­ческих моторных вагонов типов Г, Д, Е. На каждой оси моторного вагона устанавливают тяговый двигатель. Вагоны оборудованы токо-прдайниками для нижнего токосъема с контактного рельса, установ­ленного слева от ходового рельса. Торможение в вагонах автомати­ческое. Они оборудуются пневматическим, электрическим и, кроме того, ручным тормозами. Все вагоны имеют одинаковую ширину 2,7 м, длину около 19 м, высоту от 3,65 до 3,7 м и одну и ту же мак­симальную вместимость — 270 чел. при 44 местах для сидения.

Устройства СЦБ и связи


Основными видами СЦБ на метрополитене являются автоблокировка, электрическая централизация стрелок и сигналов, диспетчерская централизация, сиетемы автоведения и АРС.
На метрополитенах применяются двухпутная односторонняя и однопутная двусторонняя системы автоблокировки с нормально горящими огнями. Светофоры, как и на железных дорогах, разме­щаются с правой стороны по направлению движения поезда.
Устанавливаемые у светофоров автостопы имеют путевые скобы, размещаемые с правой стороны пути.

Четкая и бесперебойная работа метрополитена и безопасность движения обеспечиваются точным выполнением Правил технической эксплуатации, Инструкции по сигнализации, Инструкции по движе­нию поездов и маневровой работе, а также должностных инструкций, требований техники безопасности и Правил внутреннего трудового распорядка рабочих и служащих метрополитена.

Определение пропускной и провозной способности линий метрополитена


Пропускная способность линий метрополитена определяется мак­симальным количеством поездов, которое может быть пропущено за 1 ч. Учитывая, что это количество одинаково для обоих главных пу­тей, можно рассчитать наличную пропускную способность (поездов/ч) линии для каждого направления по формуле
Nчмах =60 / I мин
где I мин — наименьший интервал между поездами, мин.
Этот интервал зависит от системы автоблокировки, длины блок-участков, ходовых качеств и тормозных средств вагонов, продолжи­тельности стоянок поездов на станциях и имеющихся устройств для оборота составов на конечных пунктах.
