Основной период строительства железной дороги

В основной период строительства возводится земляное по­лотно с водоотводными сооружениями, укрепляются его откосы, стро­ятся искусственные сооружения. Затем укладывается путь и произво­дится его балластировка, возводятся здания и сооружения, необхо­димые для первоначальной эксплуатации строящейся дороги. Орга­низация работ и расстановка строительных подразделений в этот пе­риод должны обеспечивать использование сооружаемой дороги после­довательно перегон за перегоном для доставки строительных грузов.
Строительные и монтажные работы в современных условиях ведут­ся с помощью высокопроизводительных машин и механизмов. Зем­ляные работы выполняют мощными экскаваторами, бульдозерами, грей­дерами, гидронамывом. Для рытья водоотводных канав и кюветов используют специальные канавокопатели, а для уплотнения насы­пей — грунтоуплотняющие машины. При скальных грунтах возмож­но применение взрывных работ. При строительстве искусственных сооружений из сборных и унифицированных железобетонных и ме­таллических конструкций применяют различные подъемные краны, вибропогружатели для свай-оболочек, копры и т. д. Балласт на место работ обычно доставляют в специальных саморазгружающихся ваго­нах — хоппер-дозаторах. Путевую решетку, предварительно собран­ную на звеносборочных базах, укладывают специальными путеуклад­чиками, которые могут быть на железнодорожном ходу (рис 18) пли перемещаться тракторными тягачами.

В последние годы в транспортном строительстве применяют ме­тоды сетевого планирования и управления, позволяющие устанавли­вать наиболее рациональную последовательность отдельных работ, обеспечивающую наименьший срок строительства. При этом состав­ляют сетевой график (рис. 19), на котором наглядно изображают последовательность выполнения отдельных операций строительства и их взаимозависимость. Основные элементы сетевого графика — работа и событие, представляющее собой момент начала или завершения ра­боты. События обозначаются кружками, а работы — стрелками, на­верху которых указывается наименование работы, а внизу — ее про­должительность в рабочих днях. Конечные связи между параллельно выполняемыми работами показывают штриховыми стрелками.

Общий срок строительства объекта определяется так называемым критическим путем, который проходит через последовательно выпол­няемые работы с наибольшей суммарной продолжительностью (на рис 19 показан двойной линией). Выявление критического пути поз­воляет концентрировать ресурсы на наиболее ответственных участках и обеспечить своевременное окончание строительства. Для оптимиза­ции сетевого графика рассматриваются варианты перераспределения ресурсов, позволяющие за счет увеличения длительности работ, ле­жащих не на критическом пути, сократить критический путь.
С помощью сетевых графиков, которые при большом числе собы­тий рассчитываются на ЭВМ, устанавливается наиболее рациональная организация работ, дающая наименьшие сроки строительства. В на­стоящее время ведется разработка автоматизированной системы управ­ления строительством (АСУС).
