Основными видами СЦБ на метрополитене являются автоблокировка, электрическая централизация стрелок и сигналов, диспетчерская централизация, сиетемы автоведения и АРС.
На метрополитенах применяются двухпутная односторонняя и однопутная двусторонняя системы автоблокировки с нормально горящими огнями. Светофоры, как и на железных дорогах, разме­щаются с правой стороны по направлению движения поезда.
Устанавливаемые у светофоров автостопы имеют путевые скобы, размещаемые с правой стороны пути.
Применяемая на метрополитенах система автоведения позволяет осуществить управление движением поездов из одного пункта без не­посредственного участия машинистов, но под их контролем. Для этого применяют следующий комплекс: центральный пост автоведения, на­польные устройства и поездное оборудование.
Центральный пост обеспечивает подачу команд отправления поез­дам со станций и прохода контрольных точек на перегонах по графи­ку. При этом отклонение от него не должно превышать 5 с, а точность остановки поездов на станциях закрытого типа находится в преде­лах ±30 см.
Напольные устройства обеспечивают:
передачу сигналов управления поездом через путевые про­граммы;
ликвидацию опоздания поезда за счет сокращения времени хода по перегонам и стоянок на станциях;
открытие дверей при остановке поезда в заданном месте и невоз­можность отправления его при открытых дверях на станциях закры­того типа;
увязку действия устройств системы автоведения с сигналами авто­блокировки.
Поездное оборудование предназначается для приема сигналов с путевых программ и автоматического выполнения операций по управлению поездом (включение и выключение тяговых двигателей, тор­можение поезда, открытие и закрытие дверей вагона, смена сигнальных огней головы и хвоста поезда и др.).
Система автоматического регулирования скорости движения по­ездов обеспечивает: непрерывный контроль за соблюдением машини­стом максимально допустимых скоростей и автоматическое торможе­ние при превышении их; автоматическое торможение поезда (манев­рового состава) до полной его Остановки перед занятым ил*и поврежден­ным участком пути и перед светофором с запрещающим показанием; сигнальные показания (например, допустимой скорости движения) на пульте в кабине управления.
Устройствами АРС оборудуют главные пути, соединительные вет­ви, пути для оборота Составов, а также подвижной состав, предназна­ченный для эксплуатации на этих путях. Системой АРС оснащены отдельные линии Московского, Ленинградского и Харьковского мет­рополитенов.
В метрополитенах в качестве основных сигнальных показа­ний светофоров (независимо от места установки и значения их) приняты:
один зеленый, разрешающий движение с установленной скоростью;
один желтый, разрешающий движение с готовностью остановиться; следующий сигнал закрыт;
один желтый и один зеленый огни, разрешающие движение с умень­шенной скоростью (не более 60 км/ч) и готовностью проследовать следующий светофор с желтым огнем со скоростью не более 35 км/ч,
два желтых огня, разрешающие проследовать светофор с умень­шенной скоростью (не более 40 км/ч); поезд следует с отклонением по стрелочному переводу;
один крйсный огонь, требующий остановки и запрещающий проезд сигнала.
На станциях закрытого типа для контроля за положением авто­матических дверей в пассажирских залах и тоннелях на подходе к станции применяются следующие сигнальные показания:
молочно-белый огонь, указывающий, что двери станции закрыты, и разрешающий движение поезда с установленной скоростью;
синий огонь, указывающий, что двери станции открыты, и требую­щий сниждаия скорости на подходе к ней, а при необходимости при­нятия мер к немедленной остановке поезда.
Кроме того, в тоннеле у знака «Остановка первого вагона» уста­навливается пульт дистанционного управления дверями станции со светофорной сигнализацией. При этом по зеленому огню на пульте машинисту разрешается закрыть двери поезда и станции, а по крас­ному огню он обязан немедленно открыть их.
Ha всех линиях метрополитена должны быть следующие виды свя­зи: поездная диспетчерская, электродиспетчерская, эскалаторная, санитарно-техническая, тоннельная, стрелочная, поездная радио­связь, оперативная, местная и административно-хозяйственная. Кро­ме того, должна быть радиосвязь с восстановительными бригадами и дорожная связь оперативных совещаний.
